Ce switch est destiné aux installations en conditions difficiles (il n'est pas étanche et doit être mis dans un caisson étanche), il supporte des températures et des conditions beaucoup plus importantes que les switchs "classiques" (-30 à 65 °C) et possède une coque en métal solide à haute résistance.
